Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • male
  • healthy and not using medication (regularly)
  • normal weight
  • non-smoker
  • tolerate and like spicy food
  • stable body weight last two months

Exclusion

  • increased blood pressure
  • mental, metabolic and chronic diseases
