Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- typical chest pain;
- ST segment elevation or depression in ECG;
- indication for coronary angiography; if necessary with PCI and 4) signed inform consent.
Exclusion
- known past history of a myocardial infarction;
- not signed informed consent.
