Inclusion

  • Breathing difficulties from vocal cord paralyses
  • Tracheostomy tube
  • Ability to understand the purpose of the research
  • Appropriate hand motor coordination

Exclusion

  • Lack of understanding the research
  • Poor hand motor coordination
  • Non-acceptance of tracheostomy
  • Inability to passively move the paralyzed vocal cords
