Inclusion

  • Not exercising regularly, healthy, non-diabetic.

Exclusion

  • Diabetes, heart disease, hepatitis, HIV, impaired glucose tolerance, abnormal liver enzymes, abnormal TSH levels, other abnormal lab values.
