Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age 18 years or older
- History of chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS)
- Impaired CRS-specific quality of life
- Evidence of sinus disease on a CT scan
Exclusion
- Control patients with any evidence of CRS by history, survey, or imaging criteria
