Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Adult patients with tenderness at the greater trochanter
Exclusion
- Subjects \< 17 years of age
- Subjects with previous surgery to the greater trochanter
- Subjects allergic to Lidocaine, Marcaine, or Depomedrol
