Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients who were recently diagnosed with primary SS according to American-European criteria and who were scheduled for HCQ treatment in Ege University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Rheumatology
Exclusion
- Sjögren patients consuming alcohol or tobacco
