Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Presenting complaint of headache, acute focal neurologic disease, or acute visual changes
- Diastolic blood pressure \>= 120
- Age 18 or older
Exclusion
- Unable to sit-up, not interested in participation, confused
- Age 17 or younger
