Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • healthy adults
  • aged 25- 75 years
  • with moderate to severe nasolabial folds

Exclusion

  • pregnant
  • allergy to local anesthetics
  • history of bleeding disorder
  • active infection at the treatment site
  • injectable filler in the nasolabial folds within past year
