Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • patients who present at the burn unit with TBSA \> 1%

Exclusion

  • less than 19 years old
  • chronic renal failure
  • chronic liver failure
  • pregnancy or lactation
  • patients who require parenteral nutrition
