Inclusion
- Pregnant women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (using ASRM/ESHRE criteria)
- BMI \> 30
- Previous diagnosis of gestational DM
Exclusion
- Major medical conditions
- Organic pelvic diseases
- Previous pelvic surgery
