Inclusion

  • All Intensive Care Unit (ICU) admissions at Austin Hospital
  • All Emergency Department (ED) admissions at Austin Hospital
  • All operations at Operating Theatre (OT) with hospital stay of more than 48 hours

Exclusion

  • Nil
