Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- congestive heart failure
Exclusion
- pregnant
- hospitalized within one month
- taking calcium, vitamin D or magnesium supplements
- proteinuria \> 1g/24h
- creatinine clearance \<35 (MDRD)
