Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • elective operation with intubation
  • ASA I-IV
  • speaks German
  • at least one predictor for difficult intubation

Exclusion

  • weight \<30kg
  • Risk Aspiration
  • Risk bleeding orally
  • known or highly suspected difficult mask ventilation
  • Mouth opening \< 20mm
