Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients diagnosed with diabetic macular ischemia
Exclusion
- HTN \> 1140/90 or HTN controlled by ACE inhibitors
- FBS \> 200
- Severe anemia, COPD, cataract, HRPDR and diffuse macular edema
