- VA VISN 1 primary care clinicians (MD, NP, PA) who have at least a 50% (4/8 time) clinical appointment.
Exclusion
- VA VISN 1 primary care clinicians (MD, NP, PA) who do not have at least a 50% (4/8 time) clinical appointment.
