Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • age \> 18 years
  • 5 to 14 days of migraines per month

Exclusion

  • Headache by medication abuse
  • Patients who already know relaxation technics
  • Depression
  • Contra indication of using beta-bloquant or Oxetorone
