Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- All Caucasians and African Americans who are new to warfarin therapy
Exclusion
- Under 21 years of age
- Non caucasian
- Non african american
- Have an abnormal INR before warfarin or heparin therapy
- Unable to provide consent
