Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Low back and/or leg pain due to possible lumbar facet joint disease

Exclusion

  • patient with BMI\>35
  • coagulopathy
  • allergy to local anesthetic and ultrasound gel
  • patient unable to fill out post procedure pain diary
