Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients under PSV for more than 24 hours,
- Age \> 18 years
- Ability to answer to a symptom visual analog scale (VAS)
Exclusion
- .
- Hemodynamic instability (use of vasoactive drugs like dopamine, dobutamine or norepinephrine)
- Bronchopleural fistula
