Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients under PSV for more than 24 hours,
  • Age \> 18 years
  • Ability to answer to a symptom visual analog scale (VAS)

Exclusion

  • .
  • Hemodynamic instability (use of vasoactive drugs like dopamine, dobutamine or norepinephrine)
  • Bronchopleural fistula
