Inclusion
- Gestational diabetes mellitus
- Single pregnancy
Exclusion
- Multiple pregnancy
- High risk pregnancy (any other concomitant illness, excluding hypertension and obesity)
- Low ability to understand and follow a diet
- Need to use insulin different from regular insulin
