Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • All patients with coronary artery disease undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) with cardiopulmonary bypass

Exclusion

  • Who refuse to participate
  • Previous stroke
  • Preexisting psychiatric disease
  • Significant carotid stenosis
  • Ejection fraction below 25%
  • Reoperations
  • Emergent surgery
  • Dialysis
