Inclusion
- All patients with coronary artery disease undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) with cardiopulmonary bypass
Exclusion
- Who refuse to participate
- Previous stroke
- Preexisting psychiatric disease
- Significant carotid stenosis
- Ejection fraction below 25%
- Reoperations
- Emergent surgery
- Dialysis
