Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Previously untreated cervix cancer
- FIGO stage IB2, II, IIIB, IVA
- Suitable for treatment with radical intent using concurrent cisplatin and pelvic radiation
Exclusion
- Hemoglobin level above 125g/L
- Lower one-third vaginal involvement
- Para-aortic lymphadenopathy
