Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Children aged 1-12 years undergoing hypospadias repair

Exclusion

  • Allergy to Dexmedetomidine
  • Preoperative use of sedatives or analgesics
  • cardiac diseases
  • Children with mental retardation
