- Male or female subjects, age \> 18 years.
- Prior enrollment into the STRokE DOC ("STRokE DOC Trial (NCT00283868)") clinical research trial.
- Exclusion criteria are:
- Male or female subjects, age \< 18 years.
- Patients not previously enrolled into the STRokE DOC ("STRokE DOC Trial (NCT00283868)") clinical research trial.
