Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- BMI of 20-25
- Percent body fat of 10-18%
- Exercises greater than or equal to 5 days/wk at 30 min/day or less than or equal to 1 day/week at 1 hour/day consistently for the past month
- Likes study foods
Exclusion
- Does not fit in exercise criteria
- Allergies or unwillingness eat study food, falls
- From survey qualifies as a "conscious eater"
