Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • BMI of 20-25
  • Percent body fat of 10-18%
  • Exercises greater than or equal to 5 days/wk at 30 min/day or less than or equal to 1 day/week at 1 hour/day consistently for the past month
  • Likes study foods

Exclusion

  • Does not fit in exercise criteria
  • Allergies or unwillingness eat study food, falls
  • From survey qualifies as a "conscious eater"
