Inclusion
- patients with cervical instability undergoing elective decompression of cervical spine
Exclusion
- patient refused participation
- contraindications for awake intubation techniques (e.g. nasal bleeding, anatomical disorders)
- patient under alcohol or drugs
- emergency surgery
