Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • under twelve years of age
  • all patients undergoing bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage

Exclusion

  • children with immune deficiency
  • allergy to NSAIDS
  • previous exacerbation of asthma due to NSAIDS
  • fever on the day of the examination
  • current antibiotic treatment
