Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- under twelve years of age
- all patients undergoing bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage
Exclusion
- children with immune deficiency
- allergy to NSAIDS
- previous exacerbation of asthma due to NSAIDS
- fever on the day of the examination
- current antibiotic treatment
