Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age under 18
- informed consent
- Postoperative cast with spica
Exclusion
- Previous surgery in the same hip
- Other surgical procedure planned at the same time
- Bilateral surgery
- Previous allergic reaction to local analgesia
