Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age under 18
  • informed consent
  • Postoperative cast with spica

Exclusion

  • Previous surgery in the same hip
  • Other surgical procedure planned at the same time
  • Bilateral surgery
  • Previous allergic reaction to local analgesia
