Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Nulliparity
  • Singleton gestation
  • Full term (\>37 weeks) pregnancy
  • Vertex presentation
  • Candidate for trial of labor
  • Ability to provide informed consent

Exclusion

  • Multiple gestation
  • Autoimmune Disease
  • Treatment with anti-inflammatory agents during pregnancy
