Inclusion
- Nulliparity
- Singleton gestation
- Full term (\>37 weeks) pregnancy
- Vertex presentation
- Candidate for trial of labor
- Ability to provide informed consent
Exclusion
- Multiple gestation
- Autoimmune Disease
- Treatment with anti-inflammatory agents during pregnancy
