Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Pregnant women who are at risk to get gestational diabetes.
Exclusion
- Foreigner with language problems
- Major psychosocial problems
- Diabetes mellitus type I or II
- Physical disability,
- Major medical problems in pregnancy
