Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Parents or guardians and their infants who survived and were enrolled in our initial study of fluconazole prophylaxis for prevention of fungal colonization and infection in preterm infants \< 1000 grams
Exclusion
- Persons not meeting the inclusion criteria
