Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • chronic, more than 3 months duration, shoulder pain
  • tendinous calcifications on shoulder X-rays

Exclusion

  • renal insufficiency
  • liver insufficiency
  • lactose intolerance
  • hypersensitivity to colchicine
