Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- hemiplegia; unilateral weakness of sudden onset
- secondary to strokes or other brain lesions
- compatible with brain lesions confirmed by imaging studies
Exclusion
- bilateral weakness
- any history of intensive trauma of the shoulder, reported
- preexisting musculoskeletal disorder of the shoulder
