Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients with clinically significant macular edema and diffuse macular edema
Exclusion
- any history of focal photocoagulation
- any prior intra ocular injection
- history of glaucoma with high pressure
- history of ophthalmic surgery
- high rish PDR
- active PDR
