Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age 21 - 80 years
  • Both Male, Female
  • all patients undergoing Lipectomy, TRAM / DIEP flap reconstruction
  • patients with abdominal wall defects

Exclusion

  • patient refusal
  • infection of the abdominal / generalised infection
