Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- African American by self-report
- In good health
Exclusion
- Diagnosis of diabetes
- Health problems/medication affecting calcium and/or vitamin D metabolism
- Current use of vitamin/mineral/herbal/nutritional supplements
- Inability to swallow pills
- Pregnancy
