Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients undergoing elective coronary angioplasty

Exclusion

  • Marked Bradycardia (\< 40 bpm)
  • Previous allergy to adenosine
  • Inability to sign the informed consent
  • Asthma
  • Elevated cardiac enzymes (troponin I o CK-MB)
