Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Gestation age \> 34 weeks
  • C/S delivered infants
  • Parental consent form signed

Exclusion

  • Gestation age \< 34 weeks
  • Maternal conditions that compromised fetal well-being (hypertensive disorder, diabetes, chorioamnionitis)
  • Intrauterine growth retardation
  • Congenital malformations
  • Absence of parental consent
