Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
- Left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) gradient less than 30 mm Hg at rest
- Age 18 years or older
Exclusion
- Contraindication to losartan
- Already taking losartan
- Contraindication to MRI
- Hemodynamic instability
