Inclusion

  • Screen for enrollment criteria,
  • Consented,
  • Echocardiogram and electrocardiogram performed,
  • Demographics reviewed,
  • Obtain blood sample,
  • Pre-operative QOL questionnaire.

Exclusion

  • 6 minute hall walk.
