Inclusion
- Screen for enrollment criteria,
- Consented,
- Echocardiogram and electrocardiogram performed,
- Demographics reviewed,
- Obtain blood sample,
- Pre-operative QOL questionnaire.
Exclusion
- 6 minute hall walk.
