Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients undergoing elective, open and thoracoscopic thoracic surgery for any indication
Exclusion
- Age \< 18 years old
- Inability to consent for the study
- Chest wall anatomy precluding SATS
- Inability to sit upright
