Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • under maintenance hemodialysis for more than 6 months
  • subjective sleep complaints and screening PSQI ≥ 5

Exclusion

  • active medical condition (hospitalization/surgery)
  • active malignancy
  • active infection
