Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- children less than 5 years of age,
- children with no comorbidities and fever \> 38 for at least 24 hours, and
- children with no previous antibiotic therapy.
Exclusion
- HIV,
- immunosuppressive conditions,
- antibiotic therapy.
