Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients referred for ablation of atrial fibrillation

Exclusion

  • Unable to give informed consent
  • Impaired mental function, psychosis, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, intolerance towards midazolam or fentanyl
  • Undergoing the ablation in general anaesthesia
  • Unable to speak or understand danish
