Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Children 6 to 9 years of age with tonsils degree 3 or 4 ,
  • Sleep snores and narrow maxilla or class II malocclusion.

Exclusion

  • Neurological diseases,
  • Tooth missing ,
  • Previous orthodontic treatment.
