Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- a. No known history of any sleep disorder
Exclusion
- History of heavy alcoholism ( ≥ 3 times / week)
- Underlying pulmonary diseases
- Recent upper respiratory tract infection in the past one week
- Unstable medical conditions
- Pregnancy
- History of psychiatric illness
