Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • a. No known history of any sleep disorder

Exclusion

  • History of heavy alcoholism ( ≥ 3 times / week)
  • Underlying pulmonary diseases
  • Recent upper respiratory tract infection in the past one week
  • Unstable medical conditions
  • Pregnancy
  • History of psychiatric illness
