- sentenced to intensive supervision and fails a urine drug screen at the HAres Corner Probation office in Delaware
Exclusion
- Clinical Diagnosis of DSM-IV Mental Illness
- Judge ordered Zero Tolerance program
- Sex Offender
- Less than sixty days on probation
