- patients presenting with dyspnea and giving informed consent
Exclusion
- outpatients
- lack or doubt of legal competence
- indication for mechanical ventilation
- pregnancy
- palliative patients
- CPAP/LTOT
- BMI \> 30 kg/m2
- sepsis
- anemia
- dialysis
