Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Clinical diagnosis of RTT (meeting consensus diagnostic criteria (Hagberg et al, 2002));
- MECP2-mutation;
- Complete neurophysiological work-up;
- Participant preliminary research (research protocol NL25356.068.08).
Exclusion
- Male gender
